I got great value for my money with a spacious room and a lovely balcony with a sea view. The hotel staff were friendly and the location was perfect for exploring the island.

The breakfast offerings could be better.

available booking for 3 nights minimum, personal can't fix TV by my request, studios don't have air conditioner (not a problem at September), hotel don't offer any entertainment for guests except big TV in the restaurant (we had to visit nearest frenchmen-oriented hotel to have a fun at evening).

it said it was close to the beach, but it was still a 20min walk to the beach. there was also no supermarket where we were able to buy food within walking distance, so we had to buy a train ticket every time we wanted groceries.

I always come back because they helped with the luggage on my first stay. This place has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, off-site parking, luggage storage, coffee shop, pool. Perfect for my city trip.

This is the third time and the customer service is excellent. The staff were always willing to help with any problems. Studio rooms are basic but have great bathrooms and are very clean. They don't have air conditioning but all you have to do is ask staff and they will provide a fan. Nothing was a problem for them to arrange. food is excellent and pool area also great.

the hotel opposite had a very loud disco which went on quite late. there were not many english people staying at he resort so the children couldn't really make friends with the others.

This resort is a little piece of heaven! I mean, who wouldn't want to be nestled between the sea and mountains? Plus, they have a restaurant that serves three meals a day, so you never have to worry about going hungry.

Deciding what to eat from their restaurant is so hard because the food is just too good! It's a tough life, I tell you.

It was shocking for me, the staff did not clean our rooms,they changed the blankets one time in 2 weeks after the scandal and ever did not give a soap! And the apartments have not air condition.

A great find, this place. Quite cheap, great set-up and friendly, helpful staff. Good food, excellent swimming pool, tennis courts, billiards, etc. and nice restaurant. Rooms quite basic but clean and good for the price. Family friendly. But if you need an airport transfer to the hotel, don't take 'transunion'... They didn't collect us from the hotel- and (rudely) refused to reimburse the cost when we queried this at the airport. I recommend taking one of the other shuttle services.

This beautiful, quiet resort provides comfortable and clean apartments with helpful staff. You can cook your food yourself or dine at the on-site restaurant. There's a small Spar a five-minute drive away or a choice of beaches and restaurants up to 15 mins away on the little road train. Parr family explored four beaches, while others can relax near the turquoise pool.

Some aspects of the facilities are dated and could use some attention.

The complex can be reached within an hour drive from the airport and is located in a quiet area. It is split into 2 buildings, has its own restaurant (decent prices), a bus stop in front, parking, swimming pool, tennis court and a volleyball- and football field on its terrain. It has friendly personnel. We stayed in apartment A2. It was pretty clean and has all the basic things you need. A supermarket (Spar) is within a 5 minute drive from the complex. Just follow the signs 'Beach/Platja'. You will see a bill board with 'Spar' printed on it when you cross the small bridge. Go up the hill and you will find it on your right side. A big supermarket (Eroski) is situated in Porto Cristo. It can be reached by car within 15 min. and also has German and English food. The beach is just 2 minutes away when you take a car, but can be a good 15 minutes walk.

The apartments are a bit outdated, could be cleaner and definitely could use some renovation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the location in a quiet area on top of a hill was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with sofas to sit on and facilities to cook if required. I also enjoyed the large terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced, making it a great value for money option.
